Mike Gianoni has served as President and CEO of Blackbaud since 2014, leading the company to become a top 50 SaaS provider for the social good community. Under his leadership, Blackbaud has been recognized as a Fortune Change the World Company and a Forbes Most Innovative Growth Company. He has overseen the integration and simplification of Blackbaud's product portfolio, the transition to a remote-first workplace, and significant growth in its payments business and market reach through strategic acquisitions. Mike Gianoni became CEO of Blackbaud in 2014, leading the company to be recognized as a Fortune Change the World Company and a Forbes Most Innovative Growth Company. He spearheaded the transition of Blackbaud's entire solution set to the cloud and oversaw a 55 percent growth in its customer base. Gianoni was named one of America's Most Innovative Leaders by Forbes in 2019 and has been recognized multiple times on Charleston Business Magazine's 50 Most Influential list. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Teradata, a position he has held since 2020.
